Back 2 Basics Pediatric Therapy is a small, boutique pediatric clinic specializing in feeding and early childhood development. We are seeking a motivated Clinical Fellow who is eager to grow clinically, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and build a strong foundation in pediatric speech and feeding therapy. Position Overview: Full-time Clinical Fellowship (40 hours/week). Provide speech and feeding therapy to children and adolescents (birth - 19 years). In-person outpatient pediatric clinic setting. Some teletherapy opportunities as appropriate. Responsibilities: Complete speech, language, and feeding assessments and evaluations. Provide individualized therapy to support short- and long-term goals. Participate in feeding therapy and swallowing-related evaluations as trained. Maintain timely and accurate documentation.Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members. Participate in supervision, mentoring, and professional development. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF). Strong interest in pediatric speech and feeding therapy. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow as a clinician. Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive CF salary. Flexible scheduling.
