Associate Project Manager

Associate Project Manager Requires 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Production or Marketing Operations/Administration. Works with producers and project teams to execute production efforts for integrated tactics. Manages all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery, collaborating with Account Management, Studio, Production, User Experience, Design, Copywriting, Editorial, Technology, Broadcast, Quality Assurance, and other functions. Responsibilities Create and maintain project timelines, estimates, and scopes of work. Run status reports and keep the team informed throughout the project life cycle. Ensure all schedules are adhered to and deliverables are met. Partner with internal functions to develop and execute project scopes, including estimates and timelines. Provide key administrative support, including routing work through agency digital platforms for feedback and approvals. Advise on prioritization of active tasks and communicate milestones and expectations to teams. Coordinate daily workflow, schedule studio time, and escale challenges to maintain project timelines and quality expectations. Track project resources in the project management platform (WorkFront). Participate in new business pitches with the New Business team. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Production or Marketing Operations/Administration. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience using project management platforms such as WorkFront. Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
