Ticketing Event Staff - Chicagoland Speedway

Chicagoland Speedway is a 1.5‑mile oval located in Joliet, Ill., approximately 30 miles south of downtown Chicago on Old Historic Route 66. On July 3‑5, 2026, NASCAR will return to Chicagoland Speedway for three days of racing action. NASCAR Chicagoland Speedway is seeking individuals to work in the ticket office on the event weekend, July 3‑5. Responsibilities Sell tickets in person at the ticket office Determine and collect appropriate fees and issue tickets Accurately and efficiently access and provide account information Assist and troubleshoot mobile ticket issues Provide exceptional customer service Maintain a positive attitude Requirements Minimum 18 years old Experience with Ticketmaster software Experience handling a large volume of sales Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Professional communication skills Reliable transportation to and from event location Pass a background and credit screening Compensation: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour.
