Professional Counselor - Psych Adult

We are seeking a Professional Counselor to provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders in a clinical setting. Under supervision, the counselor will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing risk mitigation plans, and performing individual, group, and family therapy. Qualifications required are a Master's Degree in Counseling or related field and an Oregon Professional Counselor License or Associate License. Preferred experience includes a minimum of one year in a behavioral health practicum and additional substance use treatment experience. Skills include strong clinical judgment, familiarity with evidence-based approaches, and effective communication.
