Back Office Admin Assistant for Top Environmental Contractor

Responsible, adaptable, creative and energetic person wanted for back office – no sales, no phones

Requires strong organizational and time management skills - able to prioritize, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines with a superior degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication

Maintain databases - excellent Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel skills), Foundation construction software experience a plus

Construction/contracting experience a plus

Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Able to work independently under general instructions with minimal supervision

Small dynamic office environment, wide variety of activities

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Set up and and close out all project files, maintain databases.

Assist with project deliverables to include sending invoices, writing reports, preparing close-out packages.

Maintain records for vehicles and heavy equipment; track maintenance issues and other fleet information.

Assist with preparation of subcontracts, billing documents and various other office and project-specific documents and files.

Other duties as needed
