Production Assembler Electronics Irwin, PA

What's Expected:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every shift
- Strong attention to detail for quality and accuracy
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or basic equipment
- Safety-focused mindset follow PPE and workplace rules
What You'll Do:
- Put together and assemble components with accuracy
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
- Use tools and equipment (we'll train you where needed)
- Inspect your work to make sure every part meets quality standards
- Pack, label, or stage finished assemblies for the next step
- Follow PPE and safety rules to protect yourself and your crew
