*Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Dispatcher- Customer Service Representative in Brookshire, TX 77423.*

*Job Description:*

* Driver interaction via phone calls and system messaging.
* Building and maintaining a positive attitude.
* Effective communication and planning in order to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
* Ability to efficiently assign loads to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for driver load monitoring, including resolving any issues affecting the scheduled times for pickup or delivery, while proactively communicating to the affected customers.

*Requirements:*

* Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics, or scheduling is preferred.
* Data entry skills.
* Excellent communication skills, time management, attention to detail, etc.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

*Shift:*

Monday-Friday 8 AM -5 PM

*Pay Rate:*

$16.00/hr. We pay weekly.
