Description Cafe specialist is an entry‑level position for employees who will primarily specialize and work in our cafe area, serving our guests. Cafe specialists provide a crucial component to our guest experience, and their work is pivotal to allowing that experience to shine. Responsibilities Preparation and service of both concession menu items and primarily our expanded cafe menu items. Serving beer/wine (if age permits), cashiering, cleaning, and maintaining work areas and equipment. Training on building menu items, using equipment, and making food such as Fresh Fast Fired Pizza, Sandwiches, Grilled Quesadillas, and Onsite Fresh Made Ice Cream. Qualifications Friendly smile and outgoing personality. Comfortable working with a team and interacting with the public. Comfortable working with cash. Love for movies. Ability to provide a Food Handlers card when hired. Interest in cooking and food service is vital. Food Safety knowledge and past alcohol training (TAP) are a plus; Serve Safe certification is a huge plus. Benefits Flexible work schedules. Earn free movies (if meeting minimum hours and performance requirements). Training (4 weeks) @ $15.50; starting at $16/hr once training is complete. Eligible to participate in the NATO Scholarship program for up to $10,000 for college.
