Already successful in  door-to-door sales and looking for your next opportunity?MPower Solar is hiring experienced sales professionals who know how to approach homeowners, build relationships, overcome objections, and close.Whether your background is in  solar, roofing, windows, home improvement, pest control, telecom, security, or another D2D industry, your sales experience could translate into a high-earning career in solar.

What You'll Earn:

• $800 weekly guaranteed base
• $300/KW commission
• $50/KW leadership override
• $50/KW vesting opportunity
• $500 monthly vehicle stipend
• Additional performance bonuses
• $160K+ annual OTE
• Top performers can earn $2,500–$4,000+ per week
• Uncapped earning potential

What You'll Do:

• Prospect through door-to-door sales
• Speak directly with homeowners
• Build trust and identify customer needs
• Conduct in-home consultations
• Present customized solar solutions
• Handle objections and negotiate with confidence
• Follow up with prospects
• Close residential solar deals
• Manage the customer relationship from first conversation through installation

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for proven D2D sales professionals, not entry-level candidates.

You should be:

• Experienced in door-to-door sales
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
• Confident handling rejection and objections
• Motivated by uncapped earning potential
• Strong at building relationships and closing
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Able to work in the field Monday–Friday

Solar experience is preferred, but strong D2D sales experience from other industries will be considered.
