Employee Trainer

Insight Global is seeking to hire an Employee Trainer who will help facilitate the first week process and training through Learning Management Systems for new and existing employees. Responsibilities can include: Plan and coordinate all new hires’ week-one onboarding activities Order, track, and assign tools as needed, for any field service-related employees Schedule training courses in 4U LMS Assist with training employees on the use and navigation of the LMS platforms Work with training areas to monitor progress of assigned trainings, and help to gather feedback of trainers and trainees Contribute to the updating and evolution of the LMS platforms, including documentation and training materials, promoting their full use Provide monthly status report of employees’ Active Transcript in 4U, to their manager Provide support to both the Training Management and HR Management teams Assist with creating and editing training videos as needed Other duties as assigned by management REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred Previous experience with training projects, organizing training activities and verifying training outcomes PREFERRED: Experience with a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand and/or Absorb #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
