You can grow within our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Competitive pay for goal-oriented professionals. - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Contact and qualify prospects and develop needs-based quotes
- Follow-up on quotes provided
- Must have insurance licenses or be willing to obtain,
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Computer proficiency.
- Must be goal-oriented
