Responsibilities
- Deliver external beam radiotherapy using Truebeam equipment according to prescribed treatment plans
- Verify patient identity, treatment parameters, and safety checks prior to each session
- Operate and document procedures in the ARIA/Identify systems and maintain treatment records
- Enter and chart treatment data accurately in the EPIC system
- Monitor patient response, provide patient care during procedures, and communicate with the radiation oncology team
- Float to related units within the hospital as needed, within the scope of radiotherapy practice

Requirements
- NY State license active at submission; permanent NY license must be in hand prior to start; temporary license not accepted
- ARRT Certification and NYS Radiation Technologist in the Practice of Radiotherapy licensure
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- EPIC experience required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Radiation Therapy
- Experience with Truebeam, ARIA, and Identify
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and to float within the facility as needed
