As a Commercial Production Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping strong, well-structured commercial lending decisions while helping drive portfolio quality and client success. This is a highly collaborative role where your expertise in credit and risk will influence outcomes, elevate execution, and support growth across the Commercial Banking Center. You’ll partner closely with Relationship Managers and leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences and sound credit practices \n In this role you'll You’ll participate in client and prospect meetings to evaluate deal readiness, credit considerations, and structural risks, translating insights into clear recommendations. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and industry data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that shape deal strategy. Prepare and review credit analyses, modifications, renewals, and loan structures while advising on risk mitigation prior to credit approval. Ensure high-quality, complete credit documentation that meets internal standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor portfolio performance including covenants, maturities, delinquencies, and risk ratings, proactively identifying emerging risks. You will serve as a subject-matter expert on credit structuring, policy, and execution for the Commercial Banking Center. Partner with leadership to align portfolio priorities, improve execution efficiency, and enhance client outcomes and retention strategies. In this role you’ll reinforce adherence to credit policy, regulatory requirements, and internal risk discipline across the team. What we're looking for You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required). An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. You have 6 or more years of experience in commercial banking, credit, or financial risk analysis (Required). What helps you shine You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial statements, cash flows, and tax returns. You have a deep understanding of credit structuring, borrowing entities, guarantor structures, and portfolio management priorities. You are confident managing client relationships and can step in independently when needed. You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and build strong partnerships across teams. You are proactive in identifying cross-sell opportunities and contributing to client retention and growth. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with relevant credit and financial systems. You understand federal and state regulations related to commercial lending and apply them with sound judgment.
