Valuations Associate

A leading global private equity firm is seeking a Valuations Associate to join its growing team. This individual will play a key role in the firm’s valuation process, working closely with a collaborative, tight-knit team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 - 8 years of private equity valuations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support valuation preparation and reporting, coordinating with third-party firms and managed service providers throughout the valuation cycle.
• Prepare valuation committee materials, firm-wide communications, and analytical reports while assisting with the annual audit process.
• Contribute to enhancements in valuation policies and procedures while addressing ad hoc requests from fundraising, investor relations, and accounting teams.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 8 years of private equity valuations experience
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of valuation approaches
