Position Summary:

The position will handle the pickup and delivery of mail for the Buchanan County offices.

Essential Functions:

• Sort and deliver interoffice mail.
• Order postage.
• Handle the account tracing of automail.
• Retrieve and sort the mail from the post office.
• Take and retrieve items to and from the storage facility.
• Maintain storage areas.
• Maintain courier equipment.
• Prepare statements
• Assist customers and staff members.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Will be a proactive participant in marketing, sales campaigns, business development, and relationship building efforts that relate to the assigned location or the bank as a whole
• Will be responsible for full compliance with all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Will maintain a strict level of confidentiality
• Perform various other duties as may be assigned or delegated by the manager.
• Maintain a safe driving record and inform his/her supervisor of any medication (prescription or non-prescription) that may impair driving performance.

Education and Experience:

Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Valid Driver's License

• Highly organized & detail oriented
• Good communication skills

Must provide a current copy of driving record

Credit check and criminal background check required
