CT Technologist

Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Mesquite, NV as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate CT equipment, position patients to capture the appropriate images, and perform quality control procedures. You will apply radiation safety standards and provide coverage for other areas within the Radiology Department as needed. You will perform radiologic diagnostic procedures when acting as the Radiologic Technologist and participate in maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. RT/CT registry required.
• Current Nevada X-ray License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience.
• Experience administering contrast materials and performing CT quality control procedures.
• Experience working in a hospital radiology environment and providing coverage across radiology modalities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation from a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0600–1830.
