Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Admissions Coordinator to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking treatment. This role involves answering inquiries, conducting pre-screen assessments, verifying insurance, coordinating intake appointments, and guiding clients and families through the admission process. The Admissions Coordinator works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and supportive transition into care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in healthcare admissions, behavioral health, or addiction treatment preferred
- Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
