Warrior Insurance & Services Group is looking for an experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing independent agency in Monument, Colorado.

No Cold Calling

We don't expect you to spend your day dialing strangers. Our approach to growth is relationship-driven, focusing on referrals, networking, existing client relationships, and community connections.

Base Salary + Bonus - Not Commission-Only

You’ll receive the stability of a base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities. You can focus on taking care of clients and building your business without relying solely on commission to earn your paycheck.

Build Your Referral Network

A major part of this role is developing meaningful professional and community relationships that lead to referrals and long-term business. We want you building a network - not just a call list.

• Sell personal and commercial lines insurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop and grow a professional referral network through networking and community involvement
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, client relationships, and relationship-based strategies
• Help manage and grow the agency book of business
• Identify coverage gaps and additional opportunities to meet client needs
• Conduct annual client touchpoints and account reviews
• Work with multiple carriers to find appropriate coverage and value
• Provide exceptional, responsive, and knowledgeable client service
• Follow up consistently with prospects, clients, referral partners, and networking contacts
• Utilize insurance technology and automation to make your sales and client management process efficient
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience

Requirements

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty (P&C) license

• At least 1 year of insurance brokerage/agency experience OR 3+ years of direct insurance carrier experience
• Personal and/or commercial lines experience
• Independent agency experience strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable networking and developing referral relationships
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through
• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own pipeline
• Professional, engaging, and personable communication style
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working with insurance technology and Google Workspace
