Senior Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Vivmark Residential is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. You will promptly address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance tasks, and prepare apartments for occupancy while upholding safety and quality standards. You will inspect and maintain mechanical systems, coordinate with the Service Manager, and participate in on-call rotations. A minimum of three years in maintenance, EPA and CPO certifications may be required depending on state and role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
