  • Develop executive, board, and investor materials that communicate complex strategic and financial concepts in a clear, compelling, and actionable way.
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, executive alignment, and implementation planning.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level, VP, and SVP stakeholders and influence decisions through strong analytical rigor, business judgment, and communication.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of related experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate development, or a related strategic function.
  • Strong preference for candidates with 5+ years of M&A experience in investment banking.
  • Experience working in a corporate strategy role and/or at a management consulting firm, with exposure to strategic planning, M&A, organizational alignment, and executive-level decision support.
  • Experience in digital health, pharmacy, PBM, healthcare technology, or related industries.
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to evaluate business models, market opportunities, investment cases, and value creation levers.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and develop clear recommendations.
  • Eloquent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make a complicated story compelling and simple.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and AI tools.
