A highly respected, physician-led ophthalmology group in New York is seeking a Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon and/or Cornea Specialist to join its growing team in Bethpage and Rockville Centre.
This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a busy, established patient base with immediate clinical and surgical volume due to the upcoming retirement of a long-tenured physician. Whether you are an experienced surgeon or a recent residency/fellowship graduate, this position offers strong mentorship, advanced surgical exposure, and long-term partnership potential within a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care to a diverse patient population
- Perform cataract evaluations and surgery
- Diagnose and manage corneal and anterior segment disease
- Collaborate closely with fellow ophthalmologists and clinical teams
- Build long-term patient relationships within an established regional practice
What We’re Looking For
- MD or DO degree with completion of Ophthalmology residency
- Fellowship training in Cornea welcomed, but not required depending on experience
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Strong surgical and clinical skills
- Patient-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to care
Both experienced surgeons and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
