Commercial Services Specialist II

* Serve as primary administrative contact for commercial consignors, fleet companies, rental agencies, and financial institutions.* Coordinate vehicle assignments, sale scheduling, and special instructions based on client requirements.* Maintain positive client relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive service.* Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly reports to commercial clients and management.* Monitor inventory movement, floorplan aging, and pending action items.* Research discrepancies and work with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory status.* High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.* OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline.* OR 5 years’ experience in a related field* Previous experience in automotive, auction, fleet management, logistics, or related administrative roles.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced auction environment.* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.* Experience with auction management software (e.g., ASI, Auction Edge, AutoIMS, DRIVIN, etc.).* Knowledge of title processing and vehicle remarketing operations.* Prior experience supporting commercial accounts or B2B clients.Cox brings together the world’s greatest minds to help breathe life into new possibilities – and drive innovation for a better future.
