Available areas: * Fort Dodge, IA * Grand Island, NE * Lincoln, NE * Mankato, MN * Enid, OK * Trenton, GA * Morganton, GA * Ringgold, GA * Roseburg, OR * Evansville, IN We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (P.A.) looking to make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare of government personnel. We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to perform H & P exams on military personnel while focusing on accurate documentation. Extended 60-minute appointments allow for comprehensive chart review & physical examinations. No acute or chronic disease management is required, which means no ordering of labs, medications, or diagnostics. About the job: This is an outstanding opportunity for providers looking to complement their current practice, pivot from traditional clinic overload, or embrace more predictable, stress-reduced patient encounters. * Zero clinical overload * Single-visit exams for insurance companies * No prescription or diagnostic management * No follow-ups * No call * Ample office time for charting Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform comprehensive history and physical exams with a focus on maintaining health and readiness for government personnel * Document patient assessments, findings, and recommendations accurately and promptly. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and follow established protocols. * Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications : * Providers with access to their own exam room are preferred * Current unrestricted and board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. * Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in conducting history and physical exams. * Prior experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care is highly desirable but not required.
