Physical Therapist - Part Time / Full Time - Ownership Opportunity

Job Description Job Description 360 Physical Therapy & Wellness is a fast-growing, therapist-owned practice in Maple Lawn, MD that prides itself on personal attention and outstanding outcomes for its clients. We are seeking a physical therapist to join our team as we grow our clientele. This is a unique opportunity with potential for partial ownership and profit-sharing. We seek candidates who: * Are self-starters, reliable, and motivated * Have a strong interest and/or background in IASTM, dry needling, and manual therapy. * Assist in the implementation and development of innovative strategies to improve our company's workflow * Create treatment programs, monitor progress, and modify goals for each client * Have excellent communication and customer service skills * Can review client history and submit timely medical documentation * Maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and apparatus * Are talented, energetic, and upbeat Mandatory Qualifications: * Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association * Current Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license with no outstanding disciplinary action * Certified in CPR/AED for healthcare providers * Experience and/or interest in manual therapy treatment * Exceptional customer services and communication skills * Ability to work weekday evenings, and some weekends Preferred Qualifications: * Experience at an outpatient, community-based clinic * Certified in trigger point dry needling Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
