MISTRAS is looking for a dependable, hardworking jack-of-all-trades to join our team.

This position is a combination of driver, shop support, and general facility maintenance. We need someone who takes initiative, is reliable, and doesn't mind jumping in wherever needed to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Transport personnel and equipment to and from various job locations
• Pick up and deliver equipment, materials, and supplies
• Make runs for the office and project teams as needed
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop and equipment areas
• Perform basic office and shop maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, handling minor repairs, and lawn
• Help ensure equipment and materials are properly stored and organized
• Assist the operations team with other day-to-day needs as they arise

Availability is extremely important for this position. Our work does not always happen Monday through Friday from 85. Projects can come up on short notice, including weekends, and some morning runs may begin as early as 4:00 AM. We need someone dependable who understands the nature of our industry and can be available when our operations require support.

Requirements:

• Clean background
• Clean driving record
• Valid TWIC card
• 40-Hour Radiation Safety Training preferred but not required at time of hire. (MISTRAS will provide the required training if needed)
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Ability to safely lift, load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and varying schedules when required

We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, organized, and willing to do a little bit of everything. This is a great role for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in keeping things organized and running properly.

Work hours:

General office hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, but due to the nature of our business, after hours and weekend transportation will be required periodically.
