Position Overview: The selected Senior Associate Attorney will be crucial in overseeing personal injury cases, from initial consultation to conclusion, either through settlement or trial. - Manage various stages of personal injury cases from beginning to end.
- Represent clients during pre-trials, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pertinent legal documents.
- Work closely with the firms cadre of attorneys to craft winning strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior associates.
- Continually update knowledge on personal injury law advancements.
- Engage with clients, addressing their concerns and managing expectations.
- Partake in business development initiatives to strengthen client and industry relations.
- Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school.
- Active license to practice in Florida.
- 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in personal injury litigation.
- Sharp analytical, negotiation, and research abilities.
- Documented success in verdicts and settlements.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Rigorous organizational and detail-oriented aptitude.
