Position Overview: The selected Senior Associate Attorney will be crucial in overseeing personal injury cases, from initial consultation to conclusion, either through settlement or trial. The role requires deep expertise in personal injury law, top-tier litigation abilities, and a genuine passion for making a difference. Key Responsibilities: Manage various stages of personal injury cases from beginning to end. Represent clients during pre-trials, trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Conduct thorough legal research and draft pertinent legal documents. Work closely with the firms cadre of attorneys to craft winning strategies. Mentor and guide junior associates. Continually update knowledge on personal injury law advancements. Engage with clients, addressing their concerns and managing expectations. Partake in business development initiatives to strengthen client and industry relations. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school. Active license to practice in Florida. 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in personal injury litigation. Sharp analytical, negotiation, and research abilities. Documented success in verdicts and settlements. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
