Job Description
Te incorporarás a AbbVie Región Norte, lo que implica que estarás colaborando para Colombia y otros 23 países que conforman esta región. Ingresarás a la unidad de negocio de: Allergan Aesthetics.
Tendrás la oportunidad de interactuar con diferentes agencias (medios, creativa y de influencers) y participar activamente en el diseño de contenidos y materiales promocionales 360°, colaborando con diversos stakeholders clave del área. Además, contribuirás al área de mercadeo con un foco en digital, participando en la planeación estratégica y el análisis de la razón de ser de las iniciativas, así como en el seguimiento y control de presupuestos.
Tu labor también te permitirá conocer personalmente a médicos durante la realización de eventos, y ofrecer tu apoyo en distintos escenarios internos y dirigidos a consumidor, incluyendo la participación en foros y espacios de discusión relevantes para la compañía.

Qualifications
Responsabilidades:
- Creación de POs/POCN
- Incluir información en seguimientos de gastos 2025.
- Envío kits
- Envío Placas
- Envío de materiales Botox day
- Apoyo en coordinación de inventario y materiales:
- Entrega de materiales en bodega (contacto con proveedor) Primer día de cada mes y mediados de cada mes.
- Ingreso con SAC (código veeva, fecha, cajas)
- Solicitud de despacho a FDV
- Submission materiales omnicanal
- Solicitud, diseño y envío de certificados
- Eventos de marca DTC con agencia de Influencers (Harmonyca y Skinvive)
- Prospective & Acomedios (Agencia Digital & Medios), Agencia de Infuencers
- Proveedores Digitales: Agencia creativa, Agencia de influencers
- Proceso y desarrollo de material de comunicación digital
- Sometimiento de material veeva
- Manejo de contendido en plataformas digitales: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok y Paginas web de marca: Skinvive y HArmonyCa) + Nueva pagina Web AA Access (HCP).
- Envío de mailings internos y externos con correo de AA

Requisitos:
- Estudiante de últimos semestres de marketing, comunicación, administración o carreras afines
- Proactividad, orientación al aprendizaje y trabajo en equipo
- Conocimientos básicos en manejo de redes sociales y herramientas de Office
- Herramientas ofimáticas
- Nivel de inglés B2
