Plus, we have been recognized as a USA Today Top Workplace five years in a row, including 2026!BenefitsIn addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive:Competitive compensation with ability to earn performance-based incentivesProfessional development through strategic internal platformsOpportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practicePaid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)Reimbursement for endurance race entry feesResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator include:Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelinesFollow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits managementObtain authorization and/or prior authorizationOver the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthlyMaintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departmentsQualificationsQualifications include:At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).ScheduleFull Time: Monday and Wednesday; 12-8pm.
