Aftermarket Strategy Manager

A well-established manufacturer in the aerospace industry is seeking an Strategic Aftermarket Manager in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required for this role.
- 8 or more years of aftermarket service, strategy, and product support experience within the aerospace or automotive industry is required for this role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic initiatives within aerospace/automotive aftermarket business including but not limited to: pricing strategies, repair programs, and service agreements.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering, MRO, and supply chain teams to ensure product lifecycle alignment with aftermarket goals.
- Long-term revenue, profitability and customer value management experience within aftermarket business.
