We are seeking a Controller to lead financial operations, drive process improvements, oversee accounting functions, and provide critical financial insight to executive leadership. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to influence business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.

We are seeking a Controller to lead financial operations, drive process improvements, oversee accounting functions, and provide critical financial insight to executive leadership. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to influence business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
- CPA designation is a plus
- Previous Controller or Accounting Supervisor experience required
- Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, tax laws, and financial reporting
- Advanced data analysis and financial systems experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory transactions, and standard costing processes
- Review BOM changes and analyze manufacturing costs
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset records
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analyses
- Monitor accounting processes and recommend improvements and internal controls
- Manage payroll allocations and financial recordkeeping
- Coordinate annual audits and work with external CPA firms
- Prepare and file required tax reports and government filings
- Analyze production and operational data to support decision-making
- Lead and support Accounting, Human Resources, and Materials Management functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and quality standards
