Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operates warehouse material handling equipment. Prepares finished products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and product type are packaged. Label every product accurately and place it in the designated areas. Clean items thoroughly in a clean room before shipment to ensure they meet quality standards. Pack products securely in cardboard boxes, ensuring they are ready for shipment. Prepare pallets for shipment, ensuring they are stable and properly packed. Completes and maintains records and documentation. Comply with all warehouse safety rules, guidelines, and Company Quality Control Systems and ensure zero shipping errors. Must be able to move and/or lift objects up to 50 lbs. Works overtime as required. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications / Requirements: High School Diploma. 2+ years in a similar area. Basic Computer skills, Microsoft office suite (basic knowledge). A valid driver's License. Desired Characteristics: Ability to successfully work in a team environment. Ability to prioritize and coordinate. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Work Arrangement : Onsite Pay Range: $26.78 per hour Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
