CDL A Intermodal Driver - Hazmat required - $39 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Forest View, IL. This is a long-term flex assignment with the potential to lead to long-term placement opportunities. We offer steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 3pm - 2am

Pay: $39 Per Hour with Hazmat endorsement

Route Type: Local, Drop & Hook

Equipment: Intermodal
Handling: No touch freight, Drop & Hook CDL A Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 1+ years of recent CDL A INTERMODA L experience REQUIRED
- Endorsements: Hazmat
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no recent major violations or preventable DOT-reportable accidents)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements CDL A Responsibilities:
  - Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
  - Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
  - Perform required handling tasks
  - Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  - Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
  - Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
