FP&A and Treasury Analyst for AI Training

Role Overview

Apply your financial planning, analysis, cash management, and treasury expertise to create structured training data that helps AI reason through real-world finance work. This remote opportunity focuses on translating practical finance workflows into high-quality examples and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic scenarios based on operating budgets, rolling forecasts, flux and variance analysis with commentary, 13-week cash flow forecasts, daily cash positioning, bank administration, FX revaluation, debt and covenant compliance schedules, and formula-driven financial models.
• Review and compare AI-generated FP&A and treasury work for accuracy and sound judgment in its assumptions.
• Deliver clear written feedback to improve AI performance on planning and cash-management tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.

Qualifications

• Finance or MBA background, strong financial-modeling skills, and hands-on cash or treasury experience.
• Corporate FP&A or treasury experience at a mid-size or larger company.
• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Certified Treasury Professional certification is a plus for treasury-focused candidates.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Work is performed asynchronously in collaboration with a research team.

Compensation

• $80 to $120 per hour.
