The Opportunity

At Kenway Consulting, the Engagement Manager role is built for consultants ready to move from leading projects to owning outcomes.

You've led complex engagements by managing the client, the team, the scope, and everything in between. You've built real experience in Financial Services and know how to earn credibility quickly in that environment.

This role is the next step: owning client engagements end to end, building lasting relationships, developing consultants, and identifying where Kenway can create the most value for a client. It's a chance to grow from managing projects to running accounts, and eventually a portfolio of accounts, with a genuine hand in building the business.

 

What You'll Own

• Lead complex client engagements across business, technology, systems, and data.

• Own the client relationship, team, scope, budget, risks, delivery, and outcome.

• Develop consultants and help them take on greater responsibility.

• Identify where Kenway can create additional value for a client and connect that opportunity with the right people and capabilities inside the Kenway.

• Contribute beyond your engagement and help build the firm.

You aren't the deepest technical expert in every room, but you know enough about business, technology, data, and delivery to lead the people who are.

You've already proven you can lead. Now you want to own an account, develop people, and have a real hand in building the firm.

 

What We're Looking For

Complex Consulting Delivery

You've led meaningful client engagements and understand the difference between managing a project plan and owning the engagement.

Financial Services Fluency

You know Financial Services well enough to establish credibility quickly, even without deep expertise in every corner of the industry.

Business + Technology Agility

You move comfortably between business, technology, systems, and data conversations, and can lead people with deeper technical expertise than you.

Relationship-Led Growth

You earn trust through delivery, spot where you can create more value, and know how to expand a client relationship through the work itself.

Builder Leadership

You want responsibility. You develop people, solve problems, take ownership, and want the opportunity to eventually lead something bigger.
