Production Supervisor

Our client, located in Trenton SC (near Augusta GA), is seeking a Production Supervisor who will:

• be responsible for setting and achieving daily production goals while managing the workflow of the production team, ensuring materials are available, and obtaining completion of work orders for filtration products to customers scheduling requirements. Must be able to maintain a well-organized shop for efficient output.
• work directly with Production Resource Manager to manage personnel issues and address equipment issues, providing clear instruction and support related to production and quality assurance while also mentoring others to succeed. The overall goal of the position is to ensure that productivity, efficiency, and utilization KPIs are achieved every month.
• be responsible for continuous shop floor improvement looking for new and creative ways to improve key KPIs.
• work with the Master Scheduler, Production Support, Technical, Quality, Industrial engineer, Warehouse, and all Production Workers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. This includes having experience working with both quality and manufacturing efficiency and directing production work flow.
