Busser

A busser supports the dining room by keeping tables clean, reset, and ready for the next guests in a fast-paced Manhattan restaurant environment. This role helps maintain smooth service by clearing plates, glassware, and used utensils, then wiping and preparing tables according to house standards. Typical duties include assisting servers with water refills, delivering or removing service items, restocking side stations, and keeping floors and common areas orderly. Baseline qualifications include reliability, the ability to follow directions, attention to detail, and good communication with front-of-house staff. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not always required, provided the candidate can learn quickly and work efficiently with a team.
