Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Support on-time, on-budget project delivery and maintain strong client satisfaction
  • Update project schedules and attend walkthroughs
  • Coordinate material deliveries and assist with permitting
  • Partner with Superintendent to implement and enforce site-specific safety plans
  • Conduct jobsite safety inspections using Procore
  • Support project closeout: punch list, warranties, O&M manuals, and final inspections
  • Maintain submittal, RFI, change order, and contingency logs
  • Coordinate contract drawing updates and lead assigned client meeting items
  • Prepare and distribute weekly meeting minutes
  • Assist with internal Monthly Operating Meetings
  • Support monthly billing and follow up on payments
  • Review scopes and assist in preparing subcontracts
  • Quantify and price project changes; assist in generating change orders and scope sheets
  • Review trade contractor payment applications
  • Support proposal development and estimating by coordinating with subcontractors and organizing bid documents
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 1-3 years of project management experience
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
