Silicon Generalist

Design complex silicon systems by clarifying requirements, assessing trade-offs, and leading design reviews to align on technology and methodologyContribute to the end-to-end development and successful delivery of complex, high-performance silicon systems from concept to productionDefine test requirements and execute validation plans for silicon systems, influencing designs to enhance testability and debugging capabilitiesValidate and debug multiple high-complexity silicon systems independently, guiding junior engineers to achieve project resultsIdentify process redundancies and spearhead initiatives to standardize methods and improve overall operational efficiency and productivity. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, policies, and procedures to promote high efficiency and sustainability in all silicon deliverables.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Silicon Generalist-related occupation.Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Silicon Generalist-related occupation. Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: Micro-architecture design for silicon components. System architecture design for RTL and software systems. System-level analysis of silicon engineering problems. Vendor Management of silicon IP.
