On-Call Urgent Care RN

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an on-call Urgent Care Nurse! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, compassionate nurse to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced clinical setting. In this role, you will triage and coordinate patient care, assist with procedures, provide education and support, and serve as a strong advocate for patients from a wide range of backgrounds. You’ll work closely with providers and the care team to deliver timely, high-quality, patient-centered care while demonstrating professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to excellence.

Hiring range is generally between $44.69-$53.95 , and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. :: Differentials Available: On-Call(5%), Evenings, after 5:30p ($3.00/hour), Saturday/Sunday ($2.50/hour)

On Call is not eligible for benefits andthere is no guarantee of hours. Flexible availability to cover staff shortage and vacations - available shifts can include evenings and weekends with start times as early as 6:30a and end times as late as 11:30p . On-Call requires full-time, on-site training!

Requirements:

• Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.

• Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification required.

• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
