This role is ideal for a senior engineer who wants to remain hands‑on while also having a real influence on technical direction, quality, and team growth.As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and evolving applications, contributing to architectural decisions, and supporting less experienced engineers through mentoring and technical guidance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders, to ensure solutions deliver real business value.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high‑quality Java/Python‑based applications in a complex, distributed environment.Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and back-end technologies (Python, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js) to build scalable, end-to-end applications.Build in a micro-services architectureContribute to AI‑enabled and data‑driven solutions, working closely with data and product teams.Take ownership of features from requirements analysis through implementation, deployment, and production support.Participate in technical design and architecture discussions, influencing solutions and best practices.Perform code reviews and promote clean code, scalability, and maintainability.Act as a technical mentor for less experienced developers, sharing knowledge and setting development standards.Support application evolution by driving feature enhancements and technical improvements.Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure reliable delivery.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in existing applications.Collaborate effectively in Agile, distributed teams (Scrum / Kanban).Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns, embedding models, vector databases, and semantic search techniques to ground AI outputs in enterprise content.Experience of building Agentic applications in enterprise platforms.Experience working with large language models and exposure to agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) for building multi-step, tool-augmented workflows and autonomous AI agentsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders, helping translate technical topics into understandable outcomes and impacts.Technical ScopeCore Java developmentPython DevelopmentSpring ecosystem: Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring SecurityWeb applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, CSSSQL and NoSQL databases, with a strong focus on data modeling and performanceMessaging queues and asynchronous processingCloud development on OpenShiftCI/CD pipelines and deployment automationUnix/Linux environmentsAgentic Frameworks (langchain, Langgraph, etc)Required Experience3-4+ years of hands‑on Java development experienceStrong experience with Spring and enterprise‑grade backend systemsExperience of building Agentic AI applicationsExperience in building enterprise grade solutions in PythonSolid understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture principlesExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimization techniquesExperience with messaging systemsHands‑on experience with Azure cloud servicesExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to proactively identify risksHigh attention to code quality, reliability, and accuracyLeadership & Soft SkillsNatural leadership mindset with the ability to support other developersVery good command of English (spoken and written)Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product, Project Management, and senior stakeholdersAnalytical thinking and structured problem‑solving approachAbility to prioritize tasks and manage delivery effectivelyTeam‑oriented attitude with a sense of ownership and accountabilityWe value diverse experiences.
