Job Responsibilities

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique challenges and craft tailored therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow practitioners, including OTs, PTs, STs, and physicians to provide holistic, comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Train patients and caregivers in therapy methods to promote consistent progress in the home environment
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor treatment results and modify approaches as necessary, ensuring that our patients remain on a path to success

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement for continuing education or additional certifications

Licenses

• Valid OTR/L (Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed) certification
• Required certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
