Contingent Workforce Program Lead — Scale & Automation
General Matter, Inc.
General Matter is seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Manager in Los Angeles to own the program end to end, from intake and approval through sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and offboarding. You will build scalable processes for 1099 contractors, LLCs, staffing agencies, and subcontracting vendors, including safeguarding co-employment and compliance. You will partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Security, and IT to drive a high-ownership, escalated, and fast-paced program that scales #J-18808-Ljbffr General Matter, Inc.
