We are currently seeking a Receptionist Specialist (PRN) to support our Specialty Clinic. In this front-facing role, you will serve as the first impression for patients and visitors while supporting day-to-day operations in a busy clinic environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient check-in/check-out, managing phone communication, and helping maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.

Your duties will include:

• Greeting and checking in patients

• Answering phones and directing calls appropriately

• Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance

• Providing general administrative support to the clinical team

• Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Associate degree or some college coursework preferred

• Completion of a medical terminology course preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in an office reception setting preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
