Technical Operations Project Manager

OverviewVTG is seeking a Technical Operations Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical initiatives supporting National Security customers. This role is based in the National Capital Region and is 100% onsite.What will you do?Lead planning and execution of technical projects across cross-functional teamsDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholdersManage schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource allocationTrack progress using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting frameworksCoordinate internal staff and external partners to support successful deliveryIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues proactivelyManage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using structured change-control practicesPrepare and present status updates to leadership and customer stakeholdersMaintain strong relationships across government and contractor teamsDevelop and maintain project documentation, plans, and briefingsDo you have what it takes?Active TS/SCI with PolygraphMinimum of 12 years of experience Bachelor's Degree (experience may count in leui of degree)Must be able to travel up to 35% CONUS travelExperience managing technical or mission-focused projects in government or national security environmentsDemonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teamsStrong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skillsExperience managing schedules, risks, and deliverables across concurrent efforts
