Litigation Associate Attorney – Milwaukee

Amundsen Davis is seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Milwaukee office. The position requires a Wisconsin license and a minimum of 4 years of experience in tort and commercial litigation. Candidates should have strong exposure to discovery, oral argument, legal research, and brief writing; trial and appellate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing discovery, depositions, and pleadings.
• Presenting oral arguments and motion practice.
• Conducting legal research and drafting briefs.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and clients.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience in tort and commercial matters.
• Proficiency in discovery, oral arguments, legal research, and brief writing.
• Preferred: trial and appellate experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
