Role Description & Pay Rate

● Taking inbound calls from clients to assist clients to assist them with their investment needs

● Familiarity with different investment account types (IRA, Individual, trust accounts) and being able to understand basic rules and regulations governing the different account types

● Providing guidance to individuals as they work through the hoops of the challenge(s) that they are facing

● Completing administrative tasks that correlate to the request of the client and the work you have completed

● Documents and notates client interactions for case notes

● Navigates multiple computer screens, resources, and software to provide accurate responses to client inquiries

● Develops basic knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services, and of the overall Financial Services industry.

Key Characteristics of a Qualified Candidate

● Have a passion for helping others and being able to demonstrate patience, care, professionalism, and dedication to servicing client’s needs

● Have an empathetic predisposition and can navigate difficult and sensitive client situations well

● Have strong verbal/written communication skills to relay complex information that can be understood easily and ability to document client situation through detailed clear notes

● Have attention for detail, thoroughness, and consistency in the work produced and upholding to high standards

● Are a fast learner, can multi-task, and have a passion for continuous learning to become a subject matter expert to provide a world class service

● Demonstrate self-sufficiency by using resources to find solutions for clients and accomplishing their requests effectively while maintaining efficiency to meet department metrics

● Have strong organizational skills to be able to prioritize client requests and can adapt in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

Requirements

We have 2 classes and both are hybrid in training and after

Depending on when they clear etc could be supporting the SSO class or the Investment Class - all phones

Start Date - pending clearance is 4/10 or 4/24

There is a written and typing test assessment

• Ask and include on screen, how many WPM do you type and do you have access to a laptop.
• Can you pass BG is there ANYTHING that will come up.
• Can you commute and work hybrid (MF remote, T, W, Th onsite)
• Do you have any time off scheduled in first 90 days of start
  
   

Speedtests with submittals - minimum required is 40Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
