Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OT Network Engineer to support the design deployment and ongoing reliability of Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OT/industrial networking enterprise networking network security and manufacturing environments . This role will work closely with IT plant engineering production operations and other technical teams to ensure secure resilient and highly available network solutions.
Required Skills :
10 years of progressive experience in network engineering.
Experience supporting OT industrial or manufacturing network environments.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure network design.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across IT and plant teams.
Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in high-availability environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting deployments maintenance windows cutovers and operational support activities.
Ability to train and mentor IT support personnel and operational teams.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive technical tasks through completion.
Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into network solutions including segmentation IDMZ and access control practices.
Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors.
Assist with network standards implementation practices and documentation for OT environments.
Mentor and train local IT support teams and operational staff on OT network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
Contribute to project planning cutovers maintenance activities and operational readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and production requirements into effective network solutions.
Work with enterprise LAN/WAN networks.
