Student Nurse Aide Training Program

The Student Nurse Aide Training Program provides individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to begin a career in healthcare. This full-time, paid training program prepares participants to deliver quality care and support to residents in a long-term care setting.

Program Details:

• Training classes for Student Nurse Aide are held in Bradford.

• This is a full-time program with a structured schedule.

• Participants are paid $10 per hour during training.

• Pay increases upon successful completion of the program and certification.

Opportunities After Completion:

• Eligibility for Nurse Aide certification (as required by state).

• Opportunity for employment within the facility upon graduation.

Key Responsibilities During Training:

• Attend all scheduled Nurse Aide classes, labs, and clinical sessions.

• Learn and demonstrate basic nursing assistant skills.

• Follow instructions from instructors and nursing staff.
