After Care Aide (Part-time 3pm to 6pm) Sheridan Hills Christian School, Hollywood, Florida, United States About this Position Purpose Statement: This position is responsible for monitoring students at Sheridan Hills Christian School. The aide will care for students as required by the curriculum objectives established by Sheridan Hills Christian School. The specific focus of this role is to provide quality instruction with a biblical perspective. Responsibilities Follow proper student sign‑in and dismissal procedures. Monitor students and observe who enters and leaves the child care area. Assist students with homework. Pass out snacks. Play with students on the playground. Resolve conflicts with children and parents. May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Personal Qualifications must include: A born‑again believer with a testimony of salvation by accepting Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord. Active member in good standing at a Bible‑believing church. Public and private life that demonstrates Biblical qualities of a Christian role model at home, work, and in the community. Practice principles of Christian growth including prayer, study, witnessing, and discipleship. Physical and mental characteristics to perform the job description and duties. Ability to resolve conflicts with children and parents.
