Aufgaben Bist du bereit für neue Herausforderungen? Aufgaben Du übernimmst den gesamten Lifecycle deiner Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising Kampagnen – vom sauberen Setup über die tägliche Aussteuerung bis zur Skalierung. Du drehst an den richtigen Stellschrauben (Bidding, Keywords, Audiences), um den CPL nachhaltig zu senken und den ROAS deiner Kunden-Accounts zu maximieren. Du betreust deine Kunden-Accounts selbstständig, erkennst Wachstumschancen frühzeitig und setzt diese proaktiv um. Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und leitest daraus klare, strategische Handlungsempfehlungen für deine Kunden ab. Qualifikation Du hast mindestens 1–2 Jahre direkte, operative Erfahrung in der datengetriebenen Steuerung und Optimierung von Google Ads Kampagnen mit klarem Fokus auf Verkäufe oder Lead-Generierung. Du optimierst Kampagnen zielsicher nach Cost per Lead (CPL) und Return on Ad Spend (ROAS / KUR) und triffst deine Entscheidungen auf Basis verlässlicher Daten statt Bauchgefühl. Du hast Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Betreuung von Accounts mit relevanten Media-Budgets (vorzugsweise auf Agenturseite oder in einem E-Commerce-/B2B-Umfeld).
